CANCELLATIONS /NO SHOWS
The goal is to provide excellent care. In order to do this we set aside ample time for each patient in our bookings. Late cancellations <72 hours from appointment date and time and no shows means another patient in need is not able to receive specialist care. In order to reduce this and to be responsible about wait time management we have implemented the following policy which is strictly enforced.
POLICY
-
We require you give our office a minimum of 3 business days (72 hours) notice by phone call or leave a message in the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
-
If you miss an appointment and do not contact us with at least 3 days prior notice we will consider this a missed appointment.
-
A charge of $175 will need to be paid prior to being able to rebook with the physician.
